General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for the freelance activities of Lorea Urquiaga, Psychologist (M.Sc.) and Yoga Teacher

§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by [your full name] as a freelance psychologist and yoga teacher to clients.
The services include, in particular, psychological counseling (online and on-site), coaching, yoga classes, and relaxation techniques.

§ 2 Participation Ability & Personal Responsibility
Using my services is at your own risk.
Clients and participants confirm by booking that there are no health reasons preventing participation. In case of existing physical or psychological illnesses, a medical consultation before starting is recommended.
I reserve the right to exclude individuals from certain services or require a medical certificate in case of health concerns.
The offers do not constitute medical treatment or psychotherapy and do not replace medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract and Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are arranged individually or via a booking system.
Scheduled appointments are binding.
The contract is concluded by written or verbal agreement or by booking via email, contact form, phone, or booking system.

§ 4 Cancellation of Appointments
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.
For cancellations after this deadline or no-shows without prior notice, the full fee is due.
In case of proven illness, a replacement appointment may be offered upon agreement.

§ 5 Payment Terms
Billing is based on self-payer services.
Prices are available on the website or at booking.
Payment is made by bank transfer, cash, or PayPal after agreement.
Invoices are due within 14 days without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

§ 6 Disclaimer of Liability
Participation in yoga, relaxation techniques, or psychological counseling is at your own risk.
I am not liable for damages resulting from overestimating your abilities, ignoring instructions, or incomplete information.
Liability for brought-in items (e.g., clothing, valuables) is excluded.
Professional liability insurance exists for psychological services.

§ 7 Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal data and information obtained during the activity are subject to confidentiality and treated confidentially.
The provisions of the GDPR apply. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
§ 8 Changes to the Offer
I reserve the right to reasonably change content, times, locations, and prices of my services. Price changes will be announced in advance.

§ 9 Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these GTC are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a regulation that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

§ 10 Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the residence or business location of Lorea Urquiaga Urcelaya.
